Superb service! What made this move so much better than our previous 22 moves (in the Army and via Civilian jobs) was based on service, kindness, professionalism, responsiveness and price.

The same crew packed our household goods, stored them for two months and then drove the multiple vans to Kentucky and unloaded our possessions. While the team was unloading on December 18, 2025, it was cold and there was a driving rainstorm. Even at the ten-hour mark, the unloading team stayed motivated and continued to work hard, finally finishing the job at 8 pm. Never once did any of the men disappear to be on their phone or shirk carrying heavy boxes up the stairs. Their teamwork was extraordinary! Those men are clearly the reason Just Move It stands out as an outstanding organization.

We would be remiss if we did not cite the men who worked so well for us. Kudos to Eli (the leader), Rocky, Kodiak, Milo, Samari, Dakota and Robert for the superb packing job and loading the trucks so well at the storage facility. Similarly, we have the highest praise and deep appreciation for the men who delivered our household goods under adverse conditions. Again, the team was headed by Eli and consisted of Rocky, Milo, Samari, Robert, Dakota and Zion. They performed magnificently.

Our special thanks goes to the company’s Operations Manager, Kevin, who was in continual contact with us and provide excellent on-site assistance and worked loading with the team.

I had an amazing experience with this company! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive. They checked in with me multiple times throughout the move to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really made me feel taken care of. First time using professional moving service and had a fantastic experience. From the beginning, Ryan Cavanaugh took his time to efficiently and completely inventory our items during our initial walk-through. He was extremely responsive with an questions my wife or I had before the move date. Quote was reasonable and included their basic protection level.

On moving day, our head mover - Elijah, called 20 minutes before arrival. When the team and him arrived, they knocked on our neighbors door to check if they needed to leave soon before they backed in the box truck. The entire crew was respectful and careful with all of our items and asked questions the entire time to ensure everything was packed quickly and safely in the truck. Just as thorough and safe of a job during the unloading process, reassembling our dining table, and placing our heavy furniture wherever we asked!

Excellent service and staff. My experience was fantastic throughout the entire process. To highlight:

Sales and pricing - Pricing was reasonable, booking was very easy and quick, and the sales representative was excellent (extremely nice and very thorough with all the details for me to consider for the move). He communicated with me frequently from the time of booking all the way to after the move. He checked in to ensure things went well.
Move day - The crew that did my move was awesome. I received a call from the crew lead, right on time, notifying me they were on the way, they arrived and walked through the plan with me, and then they went full steam ahead. Fastest move I have ever had. Each of the crew interacted with me and my son throughout the move, making the move a lot of fun (felt more like a social gathering than a move). These guys went above and beyond to ensure my move was almost effortless. They ensured I had everything set up how I wanted.

I recommend these guys, with confidence. I also will go with them if/when I have to move again. In summary: Excellent customer service, staff were all very social and easy to talk with, move was priced right and move was executed in a timely fashion, and no damage occurred throughout the move.

Awesome company! Professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Ryan was easy to communicate with from the very beginning of our search for movers. His quote was transparent he was fast to respond and schedule when we were ready to go! (They got us on schedule within the same week!) Movers were careful but quick packing up my 4BR home for storage. Highly recommend Just Move It for all your moving and storage needs!
