We had the absolute best experience with Pink Zebra. From the front office coordinator to the crew on the day of, we had a seamless move. The 3 gentlemen that moved us were extremely efficient, took genuine care of our belongings like they belonged to them and were incredibly personable. We would 100% recommend them and use them again if we moved.

We had an excellent experience using Pink Zebra Moving for our move to a 3rd floor apartment. Jeb and Larry were courteous, efficient, and professional. They moved all of our bulky furniture with ease and did so without waking my sleeping roommate. Definitely worth the money for such quality service and their pricing is one of the most affordable we could find in the area for a single day move. I'd definitely use them again for my next move if I get great movers like Jeb and Larry! Thank you both for the amazing job!

UPDATE: regarding the disgusting pile of dishonesty you responded with. I’ve never been more ashamed of any human being to sit here and respond the way you have with nothing with absolute filthy lies. Unlucky for you - I had professional photos taken of our home DATED AND TIME STAMPED days before moving out of our home and every bit of furniture you all destroyed is documented. It was all brand new furniture so it’s quite comical you would say there was prior damage. It’s okay- it’ll be proven when I see you in court and I absolutely cannot wait. My “boyfriend” you spoke with, as well as myself, in complete hysteria and bawling my eyes out - I even invited you to my home that same night to see the damages for yourself. Your representation LIED in civil court this week saying you set up all the furniture. YOU COULDNT BECAUSE YOU LEFT MY ENTIRE DINING ROOM TABLE BUSTED TO LITERAL PIECES ON MY FLOOR!!!!!!!!!! It’s okay.. God knows the truth and I promise the truth will be told. And LOUDLY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVE OF A LIFETIME!!!! I am still crushed and heartbroken from this moving experience. Pink zebra will not do the right thing and even file a claim through their insurance for all of the damages to my furniture. There were 3 movers assigned to my move and this move took 8.5 hours. They all confirmed they had not worked with the company for more than a handful of days. Clueless as how to properly move and pack the furniture safely and respectfully caring for your belongings. I cried for over 2 hours of this move just watching helplessly as they dropped things, laughed as they carried out my "3 legged chair" they busted off an entire leg. Scooting and scuffing my furniture through the moving truck and across concrete in the driveway. I asked for my washer and dryer to be wrapped as they were brand new - he disregarded my wishes and slapped it into a dolly and wheeled it on out to the truck. THEY BUSTED OFF TWO LEGS OF MY BRAND NEW DINING TABLE!!! My master bedroom furniture set is destroyed. Every single dresser/chest corners are busted to pieces. Night stand surfaces scratched. I need to add that we were bold face lied to by the movers. One of them looked me in the eyes and told me that he wasn't positive the table legs weren't cracked or busted off before hand?!?! Another mover laughed and corrected him saying "man, I moved that table out of the house.. it was not broken". There are missing coconut shells from my barstools which are unique and irreplaceable. We had to provide the movers with beverages as they had no waters on hand.. we felt sorry for them to begin with. My husband is also missing several items from his nightstand/belongings. His iPhone charger and a bottle of cologne. we've searched every inch of every box and neither have turned up. We allowed one of the movers to use one of our chargers and he took it with him. I am not one to leave reviews like this.. but to say I am appalled and devastated over the anxiety and stress this move caused myself and family - would be a major understatement. I truly hope and pray this review finds whomever has an upcoming move before you schedule with this company. You will have your heart ripped out as you settle into your new home after a painfully stressful move, to look around at all your busted, damaged belongings. Shame on you Pink Zebra.
