I have never seen anyone work so slowly in my life. It is torture watching them take their sweat time. One mover stared at couch feet for 10 minutes to try to figure out how to take them off then realized the would fit through the door if they tried another way. I started to help them to show them how people are supposed to move. Brutal waste of money!

Riverbend Movers are my favorite moving service so far. Mason and Damian were super friendly, professional, helpful with all kinds of other things like wrapping things I ran out of time to do and unwrapping and assembled my sectional. They tidied up dirt and snow as they went along, covered floors and were very respectful and personable with positive attitudes. They were also very careful with my belongings, asked good questions and were well prepared. They made everything so easy.

I used Riverbend in late summer to move my house, put everything in storage, and then move me into the new house. The move out of the house went smoothly, and I could not have been happier. The final bill was higher than quoted, but they did have a bunch of stuff to disassemble, so it's totally understandable.

The move into the new house was a complete disaster from start to finish! They were to show up around 9:30 am, but instead arrived well after 12:00 pm, offering countless excuses. When they arrived, they had two trucks and four staff to ensure this part went smoothly. Although I had a large paved driveway, they chose to walk through the muddy yard throughout the move. My outside steps and the interior of the house were filthy. They damaged the front door trim, gouged the walls inside, and dented and scratched my brand-new fridge. Several items never came back, and they broke a TV and a vase. I did not have them assemble anything so that they would not be delayed; they just dropped and went. Throughout the move, they would ask me if certain items were mine. They said it's common for things in storage to get mixed up.

I was provided with my bill for the move-in after they finished, and it was significantly higher than the original move-out bill. They were there for a much shorter time, just dropped everything on one of two floors or the garage and were gone in four hours. I realize they had to load the truck, but it was backed up to my household items in their storage center, unlike the first time when they had to walk it out of the house. Why did they send two trucks when it all fit in one the first time? I am not sure, but I was charged for that as well. At the end of the day, I would not recommend these movers.

Jesse, Gabriel, and Joseph were great. Got my corporate move done in great time. Final fee came out a little UNDER the estimate despite my adding things last minute! Everything arrived in exactly the condition it left in--including lots of breakables which they beautifully packed. They managed very tight stairwells without scratching a thing--furniture or walls. They managed to park in tiny spaces. Would definitely recommend.

The team from Riverbend Moving and Storage was absolutely outstanding. They handled my furniture with care, packed everything securely, and made sure nothing was damaged in transit. What impressed me most was their friendly attitude and constant communication. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it easy.
