Patrick, Kris, Joe and Phil helped us move a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't have asked for better service. We weren't ready and they were so helpful strategizing what to move first and how to get us to where we needed to be. They were super efficient, friendly and really communicative. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, whose helpfulness could have been an annoyance and a distraction but they were wonderful with her! They were also so great on the other end, making sure that things went exactly where we wanted them and also letting my daughter look in the truck! If we were going to move again, which I hope we don't anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call them to take care of it. Our experience was better than we could have hoped for, thank you!
First time moving. I learned my lesson. Next time I will buy packing materials and wrap the furniture myself because they didnt do that to most of our furniture and they got scuff marks that are very visible. Not sure what to do - to fix the damages vs. to buy new ones *sigh*. They are very efficient at moving things though. The moving professionals were strong and courteous. Because the moving specialists were professional and personable, I may use their services in the future - just need to be assertive that furniture should be covered to prevent damages or wrap the furniture myself before they arrive.Pros: Efficient and nice moving crew. They caused minimal damages to the old and new places.Cons: they didn't have packing / protecting materials. A couple of small fragile items were broken. Did not cover several furniture - caused superficial damages that are very visible (they no longer look 'like new' and nice anymore). Moving fastening belts and tarps/blankets they use were dirty. You will to wipe everything that were moved by them once you move to your new place.
