These guys are awesome ?? I bought a new power reclining set of sofas from Portland Oregon and brought them home in a trailer. I thought I had some help lined up but unfortunately that didn't work out. These sofas were too heavy for my wife and I to handle. I called them and they arrived in 45 minutes. Thank God.... I didn't know what I was going to do. They did great work and even helped us set them up. I am very appreciative for your services and quick response. Thank you very much!

Tried working with 2 other moving companies before I thankfully found In & Out moving. After contacting them I had our quote within an hour, they communicated quickly and conveniently through text. Move day was just as smooth as scheduling, the guys were kind and professional. All of our antique items had to be brought up a skinny flight of stairs while working around rose bushes and big shrubs on the opposite side, not a single item was scratched or damaged in any way. Phenomenal job. We will definitely be recommending In & Out to anyone we know.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We paid them thousands of dollars to professionally pack and move our belongings to the west side and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.

The way our items were packed was honestly shocking. Random household items, electronics, cords, toiletries, kitchen items, glass containers, food, and cleaning supplies were all just thrown together in boxes with little to no organization or protection. Liquids like mouthwash and aftershave were packed sideways and leaked all over our belongings, ruining multiple items. We’re now having to replace things because of the damage caused by their careless packing.

To make things worse, they claimed everything didn’t fit in the truck the first time, so we paid them even more money to go back for the rest of our belongings. Somehow, after paying for a second trip, they STILL left items behind (kitchenware, tv legs, etc) and now we have to drive back ourselves to get the rest of our stuff.

Unpacking has been a complete nightmare because nothing was packed with any care or common sense. For the amount of money we spent, this level of service is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating experience.

I highly recommend In and Out Moving Service LLC. Because of mechanical problems with the Budget rental, we needed same day service to complete our move to Seattle. In and Out was able to provide services immediately. They were reliable, fast and extremely professional. Their services also included moving all our personal items into the new apartment.
