This is my second time buying product from Big Bobs. Both times were 5-Star. The product is great, and their team is amazing! I met Eddie Copeland when I first walked in the store over 6 months ago. He was personable, professional and helpful.When I walked in the store for the second time recently, Eddie immediately recognized me. I had driven over 1.5 hours specifically to go to Big Bobs, but I was running behind and I was catching them at the end of the day when their warehouse was closing for the day. Nevertheless, Eddie went out of his way to make sure I was able to pick up the product. Emilio also went out of his way and drove to the warehouse to pull the product for me.Fantastic experience! We are very grateful for the extraordinary customer service from both Eddie and Emilio. Thank you both, and big shout out to Big Bob's.

Well I should be happy now but unfortunately they hit and damaged my roof when picking up the carpet and didn’t say anything….I’d not recommend this placeEDIT #2:Took off another star because I’m still getting the run around again. Was supposed to have the remainder of my carpet returned this past Saturday (that the installer should have left but he took, and I was told they did have it back at their warehouse) I’ve heard nothing from them. Called today and no one answered so I left a message. I just want the remainder of my carpet that I payed for or a refund for that amount of carpet (I’d prefer to have the carpet) I’m just sick of this run around and having to stay home when I have things to do for no one to show up. It’s wasting my time. I’m upset about this whole ordeal. The longer I have to wait for this to be sorted the more stars are coming off. I was really hopeful in the beginning! Feeling let down.EDIT:Changed from 5 starts to 4 because we have been getting the run around for the past few weeks.We opted to have our carpet installed and they used a different underlay than I picked out in the store and when I called them about it I found out it was apparently the better one. I just wish they would have communicated that before hand. It’s not a huge deal but it’s not what I felt in the store and liked.On the install, one if the corners wasn’t tucked and it was sticking out but I fixed it myself.The installer claimed to put the rememants of my carpet in my garage however I can’t find it/it’s not there, and when I have contacted to ask about it I got no response.I was told the installer would take out some other carpet I have, however he did not so I have been trying to schedule that and figure out where the remainder of the carpet that I payed for is.The people that work at the store are awesome and I’m sure it’s just a break in communication somewhere but it’s proving to be frustrating for me as I just want this done and staying home all day expecting someone to come and they don’t is frustrating.The flooring is great so far though

We bought our carpet from Big Bob’s this past week for our new home and had a fabulous experience with everything from the shopping, purchasing and installation. They were quick and easy to work with. The carpet is very clean and soft, we love it!
