Our wood floor replacement project was just completed by Flooring America and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. This was an A-to-Z top notch effort, beginning with our sales rep Bobby, and throughout the selection and installation process. Bobby offers a ton of helpful flooring expertise and was able to help us weed through the alternatives to replace floors in two rooms after a leaking hot water heater incident. We also wanted to sync up all the wood flooring in our home at the same time. I appreciated Bobby's focus on the best answer for us, even if there were more expensive alternatives. The install guy, Matt, contacted us to schedule the install as soon as our flooring materials arrived. Matt suggested we use a particular team of his, even though their availability would delay the start for a week. He was so right! The install team was professional, punctual, efficient and fast. Total time for furniture moving (yes, that is included), demo, install, cleanup and putting furniture back was just a little over three days. And the quality of the work is fantastic. I strongly recommend Oklahoma City Flooring America to anyone interested in starting a flooring project. I would use them again without question.
