She's kind, patient and always willing to help answer any questions -- which is amazing considering this is our first build.I was able to bring her my mood board and she made selections a total breeze. Also, their showroom is amazing. They had everything that I had on my mood board and now we are officially building our dream home!
Denise Locke was amazing! She helped us figure out what we can use and still obtain the look we wanted and worked around issues we had with using our original plan choices. She was very patient and knowledgeable and able to direct us to what our options were and helped us stay in budget.
ProSource has always so seamless to work with, and is constantly making my work as an interior designer easier. We work closely with them to get samples for our clients, quote products, and make selections, and they are always more than willing to help us out. I've never felt like a second priority with them, and I look forward to visiting the showroom and being able to interact with the team members. We worked with Denise at ProSource on our new home build and have been pleased from start to finish. We worked together for designs and discussed options, including color selections, several times during the process. Denise has always been friendly and very professional in our encounters. We actually made a mistake on our own order and notified her. She was quick to resolve the issue and help remedy my worries and additional stress that comes with building a home. I couldn’t recommend any other tile store or rep!! We have actually referred several friends and family to ProSource and Denise. Job well done!!
