We had a great experience with Diamondback Painting. They painted the exterior of our home. They took care to restore the siding thoroughly and prepare everything before they began and that care really shows in the final result. Miguel, Joseph, and Rich were great. They were professional in every sense - great work and very nice people. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and can fully recommend them if you need professionals. The price was reasonable and I would say very worth it. I really felt we got a lot of value by hiring Diamondback.
They were decent but I would not use again. We used them to paint our external house trim and stucco. When I called and asked the project manager for assistance with a paint color, he basically told me it wasn't their job and I could go to Sherwin Williams to get a paint sample myself or I could order paint samples. I ordered paint samples online and they didn't arrive for over a week and the company kept reaching out to ask what color I wanted so they could start the job. I had no clue what color I wanted that's why I was asking for their help. They eventually had a young lady call me who did not give recommendations but did renderings for me once I picked various colors out. Once they started painting, they painted my garge with my car still in it, not letting me know they were getting ready to start in the event I might have to leave which I did for a medical appt. When they were done, the clean up was awful. They left tape up on lights we couldn't reach, paper on windows. I removed what I could reach and asked them to remove the rest when the returned to get their ladder they forgot in our garage. When they returned, they still left bits of tape flying from our roof line. They didn't leave any paint for touch ups and a week after it was done, we found spots that are already chipping up. I'm still waiting on them to bring me some touch up paint and fix these areas.Update: They did send out someone to touch up and bring out a can of touch up paint today. The guy they sent went above and beyond to clean up the stuff the previous painters left behind and ensure all touch ups made. I think they could avoid these kinds of hassles by having a project manager that reviews the job after the work is complete with the customer to ensure it is done correctly the first time.
Diamondback Painting is the best painting company I have ever hired! Their crew, led by Tim Marsh, is talented, professional, thorough and polite. My home looks better than I imagined it would! Thanks guys! I’ll recommend you to everyone who asks.

The painters-- Miguel, Tim, Joseph, LB, Tony, and Fred were all hard working, professional, helpful, friendly, and they went above and beyond to insure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction! Beautiful job of painting!! We love our "new" home! All were a pleasure to have in our home! We highly recommend them! Davin and Jaelyn, also hard workers, painted our exterior and they also did a beautiful job! Highly recommend them also!
