We were looking for someone to stain our stairs and railing. The saleperson at Hartville Hardware store recommended Rock Solid painting to us. The entire process went very smoothly from getting a quote to doing the actual project. Faith and Kelly did a great job sanding, preparing and staining the stairs and railing. They listen to your concern and give you recommendations. We are very happy with the job they did. They were also able to start the project before the scheduled time. We definitely recommend them for any painting projects.

Evan quoted our job spot on, the workers arrived on time every day, And left our home in a reasonable state so that we could actually function since they were doing work on an entire second floor. Emma, Evan, and Kelly were amazing to work with. Midweek Victor and Dennis came to lend a hand so that the project completed on time. I recently had my home interior painted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They took great care in preparing the space, protecting my furniture and floors, and ensuring everything was left spotless at the end of each day.

The paint job itself is flawless—clean lines, smooth coverage, and beautiful color consistency throughout every room.

What impressed me most was their communication and commitment to quality. They stayed on schedule, kept me updated, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

They were laser focused on quality. They have individuals for estimating, quality control and painting. We were fortunate enough to work with Faith and her team. They delivered everything we agreed upon. We have a nice house and wanted to ensure the work was perfect. I highly recommend Rock Solid Painting!

Kyle was great to work with for sales. Evan was our product manager and was great. Emma and Kelly were our painters and did a good job. My only suggestion is perhaps when they were finished painting they should check each other’s painting work. There were at least 5 places where the paint ran and Emma had to come back with Evan to correct. I shouldn’t have been the one to find the mistakes. Also there were a couple of places on the ceiling I had to touch up and the strip around the dishwasher was half painted half not painted. Easy fix but should have been corrected by the painters.
