This company has amazing customer service- Maidelys Jorge is awesome - she came out and gave our practice a quote- she touch base with us along the way. She was able to match the colors we needed. Daewin Moreno was introduce to our practice as the lead supervisor- his contact information was shared prior to his arrival. This was great to see before the project started. He arrived on time and review the site and give us input and an estimate of time to be completed. The crew showed up right on time and got the job done perfectly and thoroughly. They asked lots of questions to clarify exactly what we wanted painted and what we wanted patched.I wish I had taken before pictures to show their complete attention to detail. We had a filthy air intake vent that was too high for us to reach, and Luis and his crew not only cleaned it, but also painted it to blend in with the wall. They patched so many holes in the walls that were not even aware of as well as a crack in the ceiling and a dent in our window seat.We are blown away and will be hiring CertaPro in the future for all of our painting projects!
