Had my staircase painted and the work came out clean, smooth, and super professional. The owner personally assured me everything would be done right, and they delivered exactly that — no stress, no shortcuts. Would 100% recommend and would hire again.

Jeff and his team helped refresh our entire exterior paint in September. The scope of work covered fixing/repairing/patching ALOT of old wood rot under the fascia, on multiple door frames, and also fixing some very old dingey paneling on the house. They also did a complete new exterior paint color and refreshed all framing, gates, ect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience in working with this team. The quoting process was easy, fast, and very straight forward (a single SOW with a straight forward price). Carlos and the team are so professional, kind, and did a wonderful job from pressure washing, wood repair, painting, and clean up after. Their communication was great, they kept a very clean work space, and were wonderful at communicating daily each step of the process. We will absolutely be reaching out to the Universal team in the near future for upcoming programs and highly recommend them! :)

I cannot stress enough how punctual, friendly, professional and just easy to deal with he and his team were. I literally found Jeff on a Friday, he came the next morning and gave me an estimate and was able to get the entire interior done by the time our movers moved us into our house the following Saturday. I had no idea what I was doing as a first time home buyer and he made it so easy and educated me along the way. He suggested all the right things given his extensive experience and our interior turned out so far better than I thought possible. My wife and I are so thankful for his and his teams hard work. Jeff and his team were great to work with. Jeff was very responsive and provided regular updates. Universal replaced some of our siding and wood trim around the exterior of our home and repainted the exterior of our home including stucco, siding, trim, and doors. Jeff’s team made a special effort to replace our unique shutters in the same style to comply with our HOA’s request. Would definitely recommend. We’ve gotten lots of positive feedback from our neighbors. The house looks great!

Jeff and his crew were very professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish for the painting of our house’s exterior. His crew did an excellent job repairing the stucco where it was needed. Overall the prep work was excellent. The start and completion dates were met as promised (41/2 days). His crew made a special effort to protect all surfaces not meant to be painted which resulted in a very clean job completion. Jeff’s price for the job was very reasonable. We would recommend this company to family and friends.
