The painters were friendly, professional and personable. They did a good job overall, but were lacking on fine detail. I was surprised at some of the flaws that I had to point out, but they certainly had no problem in fixing them. They were thorough with follow through and their project manager (Colin) visited on a daily basis. I can only blame myself for not catching some of the necessary touch up because I know they would have fixed all the fine tuning and since I signed off on the project that was on me. I was also disappointed that there was no paint left over if I needed to do touch up. These are all small issues, but it prevented me from giving five stars.6/1/27Well, I changed my review to five stars due to the fact that Rush called to say he wanted to address my issues and to give me some touch up paint as well. I was not expecting this since I had already signed off on the project and figured that was that. Obviously the people at IPA took my issues to heart and believe very strongly in customer service. This was above and beyond and was much appreciated. Needless to say, everyone I know will hear of IPA. Rush also took away some of my unwanted paint for disposal. It is a sad commentary that so few companies understand the meaning of 'customer service'. Thankfully, IPA does!

IPA did a fantastic job on a full interior refresh on our new home. They were fast, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Andrew and Rachel are the nicest and came to our rescue after we were ripped off by another painter. I felt the price was well worth the work.
