CertaPro Painters of Atlanta/Decatur

CertaPro Painters provided guidance from Neri, salesman , Simone, Field Production Manager, Edwin, Onsite Manager and office staff. Nothing that I requested was not accommodated. Simone took the time visiting, discussing and recommending a plan to service my requests and it was done with patience and detail. Edwin was very thoughtful discussing color schemes and assisting me with decision-making. Work was done with all precautions, HAZMAT standards and regulations as well as additional wood precautions to alleviate further rain damage. I thank you wholeheartedly for your help, patience, time, hours, dedication to detail and most importantly a caring attitude. Thank you and I thank you kindly. A

CertaPro Atlanta recently completed sheetrock and painting work at our religious center. They did a wonderful job--high quality work completed on schedule. They communicated well throughout the process and priced extras fairly. We couldn't be happier with our experience and the final product!

CertaPro just finished painting the exterior of our home, and it looks absolutely fabulous! The team was professional, organized, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. They cleaned up thoroughly each evening and were always happy to answer our questions. Margarita, the on-site leader, ensured everything ran smoothly each day. The carpenter also did a fantastic job repairing a spot where squirrels had caused damage, and the team restored our deck beautifully. Overall, we’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend CertaPro!

For starters, Ben Shut was very knowledgeable. Informative and professional as to what had to be done in the household. He asked numerous questions and offered suggestions and was very respectful of my wishes.. The painters did a fantastic job.Carlos, the foreman, reviewed the contract with me so that there would be no errors as to what had to be painted.
