They did a good job painting the house, however the deck is a different story. They didn't sand or prep the deck, they just painted over the existing stain. The deck started peeling the following spring. We called a few times with no reply from them. We finally had a response two years later. Someone came out and told us it would have peeled no matter what. He offered to re paint it for us at full cost. We had another company come and look at it, they said it was clear that 97 didn't prep the deck before painting. We are very dissatisfied that 97 painting didn't make this right with us.

Very pleased with the attention to detail and prep work that was completed for this project. The job was not rushed and was given the appropriate attention for an older home. The painter assigned to our house wanted to do a good job and it showed. He always made a point to explain what he was doing and why.
