One customer says the house painting went well but reports that the deck was painted without sanding or prep and began peeling the following spring. The same customer says repeated calls went unanswered until a response two years later, when a repaint was offered at full cost.

They did a good job painting the house, however the deck is a different story. They didn't sand or prep the deck, they just painted over the existing stain. The deck started peeling the following spring. We called a few times with no reply from them. We finally had a response two years later. Someone came out and told us it would have peeled no matter what. He offered to re paint it for us at full cost. We had another company come and look at it, they said it was clear that 97 didn't prep the deck before painting. We are very dissatisfied that 97 painting didn't make this right with us.

We had a great experience with 97 painting. They painted the outside of our vacation home at Black Butte.The price was competitive, the work they did was oustanding and the crew was all hard working, super friendly and respectfull. I would highly recommend 97 painting for your next painting job.

I am a professional project manager I can with authority praise the 97 Painting management of the project to paint the exterior of my house They produced a better result than I expected and within the same cost estimate Seth daily lead the team to excellent craftsmanship, through caulk replacement, back rolling, and careful small brush trim work The team were conscientious and considerate of my property as they provided their own portable toilet They were careful moving and covering my outdoor furniture, lighting and other fixtures Seth daily face to face summarized with me what the team had learned about needs for additional time for weather forecast changes or surface needs Seth daily asked for feedback and gave me options as they were discovered My property is more valuable for their work It’s also safer from weather It looks better than new I’m planning to schedule them for a project to repaint the interior of my house

Very pleased with the attention to detail and prep work that was completed for this project. The job was not rushed and was given the appropriate attention for an older home. The painter assigned to our house wanted to do a good job and it showed. He always made a point to explain what he was doing and why. Our neighbors have all complimented us for the finished product. We would be happy to use their services again.
