We are very happy with the job the painters did. The fireplace and wall looks amazing. The guys were courteous, cautious (a 17’ tall wall) and quick. In and out of here in about a half day!
We hired CetraPro to paint multiple areas of our new home. They were amazing and they did an excellent job. They were punctual everyday, professional, polite and communication was great. We would definitely use them in the future!
This company recognized my situation which was much worse than I told them over the phone. I wanted painting. They saw that I needed drywall finished ( which I already knew but did not tell them). I was glad they recognized what was happening.They assembled a team and they were on site the next day.I hesitantly agreed, but because they did offer a clear, precise description of what needed done, I said " lets Go" . After they told me a quote for the work. I called three other professionals for their opinion.I pulled the trigger and they killed it.... Drywall finishing was beautiful, painting was perfect.They were actually fixing a botched job from the get go and made it awesome.Todd Mason
I hired CertaPro Painter's to paint all the wood siding on my house. They did an excellent job! They were so nice too. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable, and they used very good paint.
I am very happy overall with the entire process and the final results. This could easily be a 5-star rating, however there were a few things for improvement with the office staff that cost one star.- I was very pleased with the person that came to my home to start the process. They were very polite, knew their process very well, and quickly provided me with a quote for the work that was broken down by project items (house, guest house, garage, and two decks).- I had to call and then leave emails to get the color consultation meeting scheduled.- The color consultation meeting was excellent and I highly recommend using them even if you know what colors you want to use. We had the 80% solution already figured out. They took us to 100% and were very helpful and pleasant to work with.- I had to call the office the Friday afternoon prior to the start of work as I had not been contacted by the Project Manager as promised in an email. This call was to discuss what I may need to do to prepare ahead for the painters and to answer any questions. The person in the office stated the PM was on vacation and would call me on the start date. I never received a call from the PM.- I called the PM a few days into the job as I had some concerns about the scrapping preparation. I had to leave a message. The PM never returned my call. I am not sure what else the PM does, but it didn’t include supporting the customer. Perhaps there is a good reason for this, such as a family emergency, but then I expect another PM to step up and take over the job and to contact me to let me know who I can call due to this change in plans.- The paint crew contracted by Certa Pro gets a 5-Star rating! They were responsive to my feedback and resolved all issues. They were hard working, friendly, trustworthy, polite, and fearless climbing up nearly 30 feet on ladders to complete decorative trim in the peaks of our Victorian home. They addressed all itemized touch ups and cleaned up the job site every day. They should go on as an independent paint company.I have included some photos showing the process. The entire property looks amazing! We had 5 different people stop by to get information on what company we were using and many people slowing to watch throughout the project. I imagine there will be more projects generated from this exposure. Certa Pro should put up a sign during the project so people can get the information. I’m sure there were others that didn’t stop because they were too shy.
