1st Choice House Painters of Boise

this project was repainting the upstairs bedrooms and hallway in our boise home. the walls had a lot of little dings from moving furniture around over the years. once everything was repainted, those small imperfections disappeared and the space felt lighter. even the hallway, which used to feel a bit narrow, looks more open now. i didn’t expect paint alone to make that much difference, but it actually changed the feel of the whole floor.

Our upstairs hallway in boise had become a timeline of small dents and touch-ups from years of moving things around. certain spots looked slightly shinier than others and it bugged me every time the afternoon light hit it just right. 1st choice house painters repainted the entire area and now it looks uniform from one end to the other. the finish feels smooth and even, and the light doesn’t highlight imperfections anymore. it’s funny how a hallway, which is basically a pass-through space, can change the feel of the whole floor once it’s refreshed.

In Boise, seasonal light changes are noticeable, and certain rooms in our house always felt darker in winter. we had 1st choice house painters update those rooms with a lighter but still warm tone. the shift in brightness is subtle yet noticeable. even during overcast days, the rooms feel open instead of flat.

I had 1st choice house painters repaint the main living area of our home in boise after years of small touch-ups that never quite matched. the previous color had slight sheen differences depending on the wall and lighting, which made the room feel inconsistent. once everything was repainted, the entire space felt unified again. there are no dull patches, no uneven transitions, and the room reflects light evenly from morning to evening.

Our exterior paint had started fading unevenly, especially on the side that gets full boise sun most of the day. the color looked tired and kind of chalky in spots. 1st choice house painters handled the full exterior repaint and what impressed me most was how consistent the final tone looks from every angle. no weird lighter patches, no dull corners. the house honestly looks years newer. my neighbor even asked if we replaced siding, which we did not ??. the whole place just feels maintained again.
