They used my personal tools including a drill, drill bits, a ladder, and a shopvac because they didn't want to get their own out of their truck. They used a cheaper paint than what they initially told us they would use. There was no discount for the cheaper paint and it is now scuffing with every little bump. They left dirty painting tools in my kitchen sink at the end of the day. I cannot recommend hiring them to do your painting.

I'm giving them 2 stars since Logan was accommodating and easy to work with.

Update: we were not notified of the cheaper paint type ahead of time. We found the paint cans one evening and then reached out for clarity. Apparently you need to rub something against the walls to see if it scuffs your paint during your walkthrough. Who knew?

Having been in management for over 2 generations he was outstanding. I am sure I will be just as happy with his father or uncle job on my place. One of the owners who painted my fireplace did such a great job. No complaints from start to finish will be using again
