I’ve never used Raul for painting, but almost got swindled out of $2500 after being duped by him to rent a house in Cambridge that was clearly illegal. My husband and I moved from another province to Ontario and viewed Raul’s property by video tour. During the tour, Raul told us that a washing machine and dryer would be installed, but we would have to wait for some time. We provided Raul with a $2500 deposit, only to discover that we would have to park in a singe file with basement tenants and our own two vehicles. Not only that, but we would have to collect utility money from the basement tenant. We felt very uneasy about this, so we asked Raul for our money back. 24 hours later, we ended up getting our money back, but only after Raul played games, saying he didn’t know how to send an e-transfer, or saying that he sent it, when he clearly did not. To add insult to injury, Raul then tells us that he’s glad that we didn’t rent from him, because we would have been terrible tenants. This guy is clearly unhinged, as it’s painfully obvious that we were the ones who dodged the bullet. Maybe he can paint half decently, but just be aware of this person’s morals and character when making an informed business decision.

This was my second time using Lince's Painting, and just like the first time, they did an amazing job! Raul was fantastic—he worked with me to stay within my budget while still delivering everything I wanted and needed. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and he completed the work quickly and with great precision. I highly recommend Lince's Painting and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had the front foyer section of my house painted. High ceilings with a lot of corners / cutting. Raul was quick to respond to my online request. After I submitted a short video, he was quick to respond online with a reasonable quote. Other suppliers in the area were slow to respond & made me feel like they were doing me a favour. His teams quality and attention to detail on the job was great. I wasn't there personally when they painted, But my Mother in-law said they were very professional, respectful & kind. Continued success Raul ! cheers Dan
