Green Mountain Painters

We had an incredible experience with our interior painting project with Green Mountain Painters. I can honestly say that it was 100% successful, and was even above expectations. Mitch came out to give an estimate and answer questions, and he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and followed through exactly as promised. Jamaal in the office as project manager was absolutely wonderful every time we emailed or spoke. I’m super impressed with all of the details Jamaal manages and his communication. Grace was the lead painter, and she’s absolutely incredible. Grace is a skillful tradesperson and an amazing leader. She’s efficient, and clear, and kind in working with the customer. We painted multiple rooms, including bathrooms, and a large vaulted ceiling. It took a week, and we were anxious about managing our space, our 13-year-old indoor cat, and our work-from-home schedules. From the instant we met Grace and her crew, we felt relief and gratitude. Ben and Greg were the other painters, and they were also incredible. The whole crew were very talented painters, professional workers, and excellent communicators. We were genuinely sad for the project to end because we really enjoyed having Grace, Ben, and Greg here, and meeting Jamaal, too! It made us want to find more rooms to paint so we could hang out with them more! Whatever business principles or customer service training is happening at Green Mountain Painters, it deserves an award or something! Don’t hesitate to go with this company. We are so grateful for their coordination; professionalism; problem solving (of super minor things); friendly customer service-oriented communication; and of course, their beautiful, quality work. This is a highly professional team. Everything ran smoothly from the estimate to the scheduling to the actual work. Jamaal, who manages the details, is an excellent communicator. Ryan and Alex did most of the work and they were lovely. Their work was top notch. We have an old cape built in 1946 so has some quirks . We had the aluminum siding painted. Inside we had our downstairs painted. They managed to solve every problem and left our house sparkling. They exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend this excellent company. From the estimate process performed by company co-owner Blake through to project completion, we were kept informed of each step via excellent communication from their project manager Jamaal. Estimates were fair and accurate, and any unexpected overages were explained in detail. We have an 1800s farmhouse that needed some carpentry pre-paint. Mac and Grace were efficient and exacting in their careful repairs. They also sourced and replaced some storm windows and a side door on the garage. It’s clear that Mac loves old buildings and is passionate about maintaining their historical vernacular while integrating modern and efficient materials. As a side project, Mac and Jason designed and built a beautiful and functional utility box screen on our barn. Our painting team was top notch. Connor and Dan were extremely professional, clean, respectful, and really nice to chat with. They worked long, hot days (and some cold, rainy ones) and their work is perfection. I will not hesitate to call Green Mountain Painters for all my painting and carpentry needs.

Green Mountain Painters are exceptional at their craft. They did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house and put in the extra time at every step to ensure a quality job. They were prompt, professional, clean, and really a pleasurer to work with. I highly recommend them for any project and will be using them again for any interior work we have in the future.
