The experience with the team here was great start to finish. We had them come out and estimate on almost our whole interior. Even though I ended up picking another contractor for our first floor, I had Oliveira come out for our second floor project. They were quick, easy, and thorough with the estimate. They were easy to schedule very quickly. They did the work (painted four rooms, repaired ceiling defects in drywall and in parts of our old paneling on the walls) very quickly and kept things super clean. There was confusion that was mostly my fault about the scope of work on the estimate - I had expected them to do significantly more work than was settled in the estimate. When they got started and we noticed this, the owner was super quick to work with me and their admin to correct the estimate, and ended up quickly sending more crew out to do the extra work. I was super satisfied with the project and would have them back for another project easily.
