I recently had seven rooms in our home painted in order to prepare it for resale. I was fortunate enough to have Michael Pohlod who not only capably and efficiently completed the job but also did a complete renovation of one of the rooms. He was very professional in his work ethic and in his dedication to producing the best result possible. Larry's Painting was recommended to me and for that I am very thankful. I also would recommend this company to all who seek quality work.
Larry's Painting came recommended by our realtor but we were not happy with a number of things. The communication with Larry and his wife Marlene was very poor and many times misleading. The painter showed up and voiced concerns which were not discussed by Larry. When we tried to contact Larry by email or by the company phone, they did not respond. We had to get Larry's cell phone number from the painter to get our concerns addressed.For the job itself, the painters left the house very messy. There were pieces of hardware strewn all over the house, rusty nails, all sorts of stuff. Marlene said the outlet covers were old and rusty so they didn't put them back, but shouldn't they go in a box or bag in one spot, instead of all over the house?Some places were missed in the painting, an area of the bathroom, the ceiling in a cupboard, around a window frame random areas were not painted. The baseboards were not painted well (I was cleaning and paint just literally came off). In some areas we had to remove the painters tape.It was the first time we painted a house before moving in and I really regret it now.
