Initial work was in December 2025. Payment was made January 10, 2026, and All Done returned for a second visit on January 14, 2026. I was immediately disappointed but initially chose to move on. As additional issues became apparent, I reached back out 27 days later (February 10, 2026) and was told they would make time to return and resolve the problems.

The delay between then and this review reflects time spent waiting for follow-through and attempting to resolve the issues directly (phone calls, emails, texts). A refund was only requested after they suggested I complete the remaining work myself and submit a proposed reimbursement amount.

Regardless of differing opinions on what “80–90% improvement” means, no professional painting company should consider that amount of excess paint on floors, trim, and outlets acceptable.

I hired All Done expecting a high-quality final product. Their price was more than double other quotes, but I was willing to pay a premium for good work and, after speaking with Mark and reading reviews, felt confident they could deliver. They visited my home, took photos for the quote, and were fully aware of the scope of the job.

While the crew was timely, courteous, and respectful of my home, the trim and detail work (as shown in photos - just a small sample) was extremely sloppy. After discussing the issues, Mark ultimately suggested that I finish the job myself, including cleaning up their overpaint and splatter and completing additional wall repair and repainting. Communication then stopped. More detail to follow if the reader wants more specifics.

The project involved repairing and repainting three rooms. The agreed scope included sanding, cleaning trim, and achieving approximately 80–90% wall improvement. While some large wall surfaces did improve, the final result fell well short of expectations. Initially, wall paint was left on the ceiling, and some areas were poorly prepped and visibly pitted. After I paid, they returned and corrected some of this, but additional paint ended up on trim, outlets, a toilet, and multiple areas of the floor. In one room alone, all five outlets had fresh paint on them. While some of this was easy for me to clean, it reflects a rushed approach and lack of attention to detail throughout the job.

Their interpretation of “80–90% improvement” differed significantly from mine and appeared to justify a “good enough to move on” standard, even in easily accessible areas.

As more issues became apparent, I reached out shortly after their second attempt and was told they would return to resolve the remaining issues. After roughly five months without follow-through, I contacted Mark again. I acknowledge that I delayed sending photos after that contact, as I was concerned the resolution would be lackluster, but once I did and clearly expressed my concerns, they suggested I complete the remaining work myself with reimbursement for labor and materials. I requested a full refund, as I would rather pay full price for a complete job than near-full price to fix it myself. That request was rejected.

When asked how I would like to proceed, I provided a detailed and more modest proposal totaling about one-third of the project cost for me to correct their work, and seeing what they felt was appropriate. While critical of the quality, my communications were courteous and straightforward. Communication from them then ceased.

I hired All Done at more than double the next closest quote because I wanted the job done once and done well. The photos reflect how the work was ultimately left for me to address. Based on my experience, I would be cautious hiring them for interior painting that requires preparation, precision, and attention to detail, and I strongly recommend closely inspecting work before assuming remaining issues will be resolved.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. Five is not nearly enough. My grandfather used to say doing what you say you are going to do and showing up is 90% of the job but then you have to do a good job and be friendly to get the referrals.
