Mastercraft painting company did awesome work with our interior painting! CJ explained each day what his plan for the day would be he was friendly and they worked with us to keep animals out of the painting area.

In May of 2022 I hired them to repaint the exterior of my house. The price was fair and I asked when can they do it? They said they couldn’t get to it for 3 months. I said no problem.
It got to be the middle of September and there was no call and no show from them. So I called and asked them when. Winter was coming and I needed it done before that.
They sent out a guy with a broken leg who couldn’t climb a ladder. He showed up one day a week and limped around the house for a few hours. Then would leave. This went on for 3 weeks. So I called again and asked them when can we get this done. Winter was coming. Then they finally sent out 2 guys who looked healthy enough to do the job.
They did a good job and I was pleased with it. But after 2 winters a lot of the paint on the fascia and trim was blistering and peeling.
I called them in May of 2024 and asked to have someone come out and take a look. The owner came out and said yes, it needed to be repaired. I said I was willing to pay for the repairs. I just needed it done. He said payment wasn’t necessary and he would fix it under warranty. He also said someone would be out to repair it before the next winter.
I never heard from them again.
