Standard Painting & Maintenance

We had such a great experience with standard painting. The consultation was easy and painless and the painters did a great job respecting the space and cleaning up as they went. They worked very quick too! Everyone was very kind and attentive from start to finish! Highly recommend!

?????????? We had such a great experience with Luis and his crew at Standard Painting! They painted our nursery and truly went above and beyond. Not only was the painting beautifully done, but they also took the time to fix cracks around our window sills and painted the baseboards and window trim—details that really made the space feel finished and polished. Luis was incredibly helpful with color recommendations for our accent wall. I wanted it to work perfectly with a framed puzzle we already had, and he nailed it. His eye for color made a big difference, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The crew was quick, professional, and very quiet—which was a huge plus since my husband works from home. We felt comfortable the entire time and were so impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommend Luis and Standard Painting—we’ll absolutely be using them again!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Luis and his team! The exterior of our home looks brand new. From the consult/ walk through to the end result was a great experience! Their communication, punctuality, and work ethic was 10/10! Jorge & his team worked so hard, I was so impressed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt the price was very fair for the amount of repair work & attention to detail that we received. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you standard painting!

Standard Painting & Maintenance is our 1st choice for exterior and future interior painting! Standard Painting & Maintenance did our exterior trim & pressure washing 4 years ago, in 2021. They painted the exterior trim which still looked good in 2025, thanks to Luis’ excellent paint recommendation. In 2025, Luis’s team pressure washed our entire house exterior, side walks and driveway. They caulked, painted the trim, soffits, gutters and down spouts and repainted our exterior siding on the entire home. Luis and his crew are easy to work with, they are reliable, very professional, and experts at what they do. My husband and I would highly recommend Standard Painting & Maintenance to our friends and family. They provided us with perfect top notch, detailed work and they finished earlier than scheduled. Another job well done and very satisfied customers once again. We look forward to interior painting being done, in 2026!
