Disappointed...Waste of Time...I called CertaPro of South Jersey and dealt with Burak who was very pleasant both on phone and in person. After confirming I would receive my estimate in 24-48 hours, I never received. I called after 2 business days and left message on Burak's voice mail and also text same message. "waiting for my quote please". I received a text on Friday I would have my quote on Monday....and on Tuesday still never received. I called, emailed and text Burak as a final attempt to receive my promised quote and no word, or return call...ever! My interior paint job included painting 110 feet of crown molding and 2 walls of shiplap. I ended up calling Original Design Painting from Blackwood/Gloucester who responded immediately and completed a SUPERB job!

CertaPro just finished painting my condominium. I called mid-November hoping to get an appointment in January. They were able to accommodate me a week later on short notice. It was a three day job. The crew arrived promptly and on time each morning. They were meticulous about covering surfaces and moving furniture. They did a terrific job covering nail pops, wall gouges, minor cracks, and attacking my 24 ft walls and ceilings. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything and replaced the furniture. I can’t say enough about how nice the crew was. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again on future jobs.
We hired CertaPro to paint our house and garage. They were reasonably priced and I can't say enough about the quality. We have a very old house with the original siding. It was white, stained and banged up a little. I was literally embarrassed to tell people where I lived. We decided to go with green. What a difference! I am no longer embarrassed by my house. Also, the gentlemen who did the painting were very professional, made sure everything met our approval before leaving and made sure to leave our property spotless of all materials. The most impressive thing I want to mention is the work ethic of the workers, to be specific Kursat. He worked on a holiday and even came back on Saturday to finish the job. We were so impressed that we are currently waiting for an estimate to have our pool deck repainted.Krista and Al AugustineUPDATE After MANY calls for the deck estimate they never called back. On our contract we were supposed to receive Sherwyn Willams paint. The workers brought the paint it in the Sherwyn Willams can. We went to Sherwyn Williams to buy more to keep as touch up paint where we were advised that it was not even their paint. Buyers beware.
Great customer service from start to finish. Salesman very professional and educated. Painting crew top notch. We walked the house after they were complete to make sure there were no issues and there was not one. Nothing missed and without asking they painted all pipe vents on the roof to match the siding. That right there tells you how good these guys are. They looked at their work and thought if the vent pipes matched the house it would improve their work. They were 100% correct. That’s true professionalism there. My wife and I will be calling them back for interior painting in the near future. We highly recommend CertaPro.
