They were able to fit me into their schedule just in time, which I truly appreciated.Joseph came out, thoroughly cleaned my fireplace, made sure everything was working safely, and even gave me a crash course on how to operate it—something I had absolutely no knowledge of. About a week later, my husband accidentally shut off the gas and I couldn’t get the fireplace started again. I called Joseph, and even though he was out of the country with his family, he took the time to walk me through getting it up and running again over the phone.That level of customer service meant so much to me. We had issues with our gas fireplace spontaneously, turning off, and then turning back on again during the recent snow storm. Joseph was able to squeeze me in the next day. He was prompt though there was much ice and snow in the driveway. Joseph was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very detailed describing what the issue was. He did numerous tests to make sure our fireplace was in good working order before he left. He cleaned it and repositioned the logs properly to give off the most heat. He even followed up a week later to make sure the fireplace was still in good working order. I would very highly recommend Joseph to be your go to person for all of your fireplace needs. He is a true expert in his field.
