Painting Contractors of MD

We hired Painting Contractors of MD to paint the ceilings, walls, interior doors, and trim throughout nearly our entire second floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an outstanding job and truly took their time with every detail. All of the imperfections were carefully smoothed out and repaired so well that they looked like they had never been there.

What impressed us most was that they were not just focused on getting the job finished quickly—they were committed to doing it right. Our Sales Representative, Bill, was extremely informative, patient, and accommodating with our scheduling needs. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

Our Project Manager, Christian, was also incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The entire team was professional, respectful of our home, and did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of each day.

They did a great job painting our aluminum siding and shutters! They were very professional: communicated well, showed up when expected, were careful of our plants, cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. Their price seemed reasonable and was competitive with other estimates. I would definitely recommend them to other homeowners looking to have their house painted.

We love our new kitchen!!! That best describes our painted cabinets. Painted with Sherwin Williams 2 part epoxy paint. Our cabinets were in good condition, and probably better made than most today. Our cabinets are the classic oak cabinets of 26 years ago. The upper cabinets have the cathedral arch at the top, so I wasn’t sure as to how they would look compared to the rectangular cabinets most often seen today. I also questioned the durability of the paint to resist chipping and wear and tear. A neighbor had their cabinets painted by this company approximately 9 months ago. They are holding up very well! Their cabinets also had the cathedral arch and they looked great!
All hardware is removed. All drawer fronts and doors are labeled so as to not have a problem reinstalling. The drawer fronts and doors are sent to their shop where they are sanded, primed, and sprayed with 2 final coats of epoxy paint. They are then, meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap and returned for installation. .A vinyl tent from floor to ceiling is constructed around the kitchen area to protect the house from paint overspray. The cabinet frames are sanded and prepared for spraying.
There are a few days where the kitchen is unusable. We were lucky, the layout of our kitchen permitted access to our refrigerator. It really was not that terrible!
The workers…I cannot say enough about them! Christian Valenzuela, Project Manager and his assistant Celim Andjuver were amazing. Very detailed! They take every precaution to protect the cabinets and the rest of the house from damage and work at extremely fast. I wanted to take before and after pictures, but the doors were off before I had a chance. Any little blemish pointed out to them virtually disappeared in the final product. (If you can’t tell, I’m an engineer and quite a perfectionist.)

I worked with Painting Contractors of MD at the end of last year and they were stellar. The quote was very reasonable and scheduling was super quick. The crew arrived on time, painted 3 rooms in a day, and did a great job covering services and cleaning up.

Communication was consistent throughout the project and the PM/lead (I believe his name was Christian) was fantastic; he came by after to confirm all looked good and ensured I was satisfied. Would absolutely recommend!
