I usually read Google reviews when choosing someone to do business with, so I’m happy to contribute one for Ai Painting Plus. Miriam and Helen spent a week painting our upstairs, downstairs, and front door. It took three coats to cover the original dark brown walls with the white colors we selected, and they handled the job beautifully. Their workmanship was exceptional. They worked carefully around the existing painted trim, spackled every small dent so it could be sanded smooth, removed and correctly replaced all outlet covers, and protected our brand-new flooring without a single drop of paint. They were neat, courteous, and so quiet that I barely knew they were here, even while I worked from home. Another team member spray-painted our garage door, and it now looks brand new. Communication was equally impressive. Their supervisor, Hector, stopped by daily to check progress and talk with me. I was also able to reach Cam, another foreman, and Jaclyn, the sales representative, whenever I had questions. All this — plus a competitive bid. It truly felt like everyone was working together to ensure the project turned out perfectly. I was skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, but its true. I told Cam this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had in decades. I would recommend Ai Painting Plus to anyone. I’m receiving no incentive for this review; I just hope it helps other readers. PS: A small tip — Ai uses Sherwin-Williams paint. If you’re covering a dark color, note that Alabaster in satin took more effort to cover the dark brown on my walls than my other color choice, an off-white called Shoji White (also in satin).

I recently had the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways of my open concept home repainted and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, the company was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They were helpful during the color selection process and took the time to clearly explain each step of the job. The team was flexible when a few changes and hurdles came up and handled everything with professionalism and ease. Everyone I interacted with—from the office staff to the painters—was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

AI painting plus is very prompt, courteous, attention to detail, professional and very open minded to all questions, excellent customer service and very respectful. At the end of each day the team would discuss everything and always asked if we had any questions.
