Carlos and crew did a great job. He was helpful in color selection process and knowledgeable. He has a friendly personality and very accommodating with all the patchwork that was needed. My other contractor had messed up the kitchen backsplash and he was able to repair it. One contractor pressure washed the exterior and chipped off paint. Carlos came to the rescue. Then we had last minute exterior work done in several small areas, Carlos shows up again! I highly recommend other REALTORS use this company for all your listings.
