My house in Livermore needed some repainting. David asked me what I was interested in doing to the house exterior. I told him all my requests and he gave me some suggestions and we set up a plan. David is a very smart and friendly guy who knows his craft. I asked about needed dry rot wood repairs and he said they can do those as well. David had a lot of great suggestions that saved me some money and improved the look of the house as well. Their estimate was very reasonable, and timely also. I wanted to get it painted before the rains came and they were able to do that too. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and David was the last to leave making sure everything was perfect. I don’t want to give David all the credit, Judy was able to set it all up and get the ball rolling, also very friendly and nice. Thank you Legacy Painting job very well done!
I had Legacy Painting come out and paint my entire house in San Ramon. Dave, the owner, came out and provided a very fair estimate. It was a pretty big job in that the house hasn't been painted for over 15 years, and it showed as most of the trim boards around the windows were in bad shape and had to be replaced.I found Dave to be friendly, reliable, and honest; he'll tell me which trim boards need to be replaced (and why) and also which boards can be patched up; and so I don't have to spend money unnecessarily. Dave is easy to work with; he shows up when he says he will and listens to any concerns I have.I was impressed with how fast he and his crew was able to replace all the rotten wood and trim around the windows in just a couple of days. The painting started while the trim was being worked on. In a few days, the woodwork and painting was all done! The house looked great!I even had Dave come back to do some follow-up caulking around my window frames and he was able to do that the very next day. Talk about responsiveness!I highly recommend Legacy Painting. Their prices are very competitive and they do good work. Legacy Painting is a small family owned local business and they really care about their clients. Dave, the owner, is so nice to work with, and he always responds to my questions in a timely manner. He takes great pride in his work and it shows in the wonderful paint job he did on my house.

Outstanding job of painting our house (exterior). Clearly the best looking house on the court! Thanks, Dave, Judy, Oscar and the guys. They not only did a quality job with the painting, but prep, power washing, protecting windows, plants, other structures on site, superb crack repair and patching as well as careful clean up and every little touch up made for an excellent professional project. We would highly recommend them for any painting project.They were also very accommodating to our scheduling challenges and were able to slide us into their calendar as soon as restrictions were lifted.All of the guys were very pleasant to work with and Oscar, the crew leader, went out of his way to answer any questions, ask permission to do certain things around the house and communicated what they were going to do at each step. Very prompt and on time every day despite the over 100 degree heat. Amazing.
