After missing the initial appointment, getting a call to reschedule a second appointment, Mr. Guy Yaw did appear at the third scheduled appointment to look over the project we wanted to be done; upon leaving he stated we would get a complete estimate by email the following evening; two weeks passed---we called and he assured us we would get the estimate that evening or the next day for sure....two more weeks have passed with nothing received.Folks this is not the way to conduct a business!!
