Lance was recommended to us by our friends and we are glad we did! He came in initially and meticulously went through all the areas we wanted panted. His attention to details was clear. We hired Lance under tight timelines as we were looking to paint prior to us moving into our house and he did incredible work. He hit the timeline perfectly working nights and weekends. He did an incredible job and his attention to detail showed! Even when reviewing if there was a spot that wasn't up to his standards, he made sure to fix it. Would definitely recommend Lance!
I hired Lance and his associates to paint the interior of my house and had confidence that they would complete the work in a satisfactory manner. There were some problems along the way with molding installation. There was supposed to be a final walk through for which Lance did not complete. I contacted him numerous times but my phone calls were ignored. I also paid him in full with the stipulation that he would also complete some bathroom grouting, that was not completed as well. Lance continuously ensured me that he would be back to satisfy the terms of the agreement but I am disappointed that he failed me.
