The guys from Heritage Painting did a great job and were easy to work with. Chris was great with communication and professional. Overall, my paint job was done well and they kept their workspace tidy. They were respectful of our family still running around and being in and out while they were working. 10/10 would have them back for more work.
Heritage did a phenomenal job giving our new facility a fresh look. They handled all our interior walls plus the area around our front entrance. (60,000 square foot facility) The biggest improvement was the warehouse. From the first time we visited the site to the day we moved in - a complete 180. Would recommend Heritage to anyone needing commercial painting.
Heritage is amazing to work! They just completed painting the entire interior of my condo and as always they did a beautiful job! Heritage accommodated my tight schedule to be sure the job was completed before my move-in which was so appreciated! The two painters were very professional and did a great job prepping for paint. They really did a wonderful job… and finished the same day! I do love that Heritage offers various services prior to the job starting as well as the prompt followup and overall quality check at the end. This is the fourth home Heritage has painted for me and I will definitely use them again! You cannot go wrong with Heritage!
Extremely overpriced. Work was sub par. Paint and stain on floors and baseboards, curtain rods. Missed spots. Hidden costs after signing contract related to patching holes. Attention to detail was not there. Painters did not know how to stain our stairs properly and were not confident in the process or materials. The sanding process of the stairs was poor work and left lots of scratches behind. Do not hire them to stain. As far as the management, the estimator gave us a folder with her number and bio about herself and photo, but when I called with concerns about the process she informed me it wasn’t her job and to reach out to another employee. We were told by the color coordinator a certain finish was used for closets and the painter disagreed and recommended something different. When it was all said and done and things were cleaned up, the painter said “I think I’m done” and had removed all of the paper, tape and plastic at which point I inspected and found several areas that were missed and needed stained or touched up. After just having our floors replaced and seeing all the mess left behind on them it was really disappointing and honestly I was just ready for them to go. At one point I had a member of management let himself in, was standing in my foyer and I’d never met him. The painters ate their lunch in my flowerbeds and plugged their microwave in there also right on top of my flowers. I found trash scattered through our yard when they left each night, and my dog was playing with a massive avocado seed that had been thrown into the yard with the skin. Thank God he didn’t eat it. It is apparent the training needs work at this company, job responsibilities aren’t clear, and respect for homeowners property isn’t there. I’m a “no review is a bad review” type person, but for this I had to speak up. Will not rehire.

As first-time homeowners, we always knew our home had potential, but it was hard to truly love the space. It’s crazy how much of a difference a professional paint job can make.
