Tom Seymour HOA President Terraces4 Highland Woods Bonita Springs FL 34135 During the 1st 3 weeks of October, Florida Painters completed repainting of our Condo Building (3/4 Story and 30 Units). The Final Outcome was Excellent!! The Project consisted of the Exterior, Walkways/Stairs, all Doors and Railings. They collaborated well with our Sherwin Williams Designer and the result is very aesthetically pleasing. The overall workmanship was excellent, with an incredibly short punch list after final walk around. During the process, a couple of things came up which were extra and they cheerfully accommodated us. Our co-owners in residence all commented on the demeanor and work standards of the crew -Cheerful, Efficient and Productive! The Project was completed on time and on budget. Florida Painters was an excellent choice for us, top to bottom organizationally. Great Team!! I/We highly recommend Florida Painters!

Florida Painting is one of best companies I’ve done business with in Florida. They showed up on time, did a beautiful job painting my home, they were fast, neat and did the job to perfection. Florida Painters recently completed the exterior painting at Bonita National Golf & Country Club in the summer of 2025. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Everyone we worked with was professional, personable, honest and attentive to detail. We went with Benjamin Moore paints from A&E Paint Centers and FL Painters worked with us to say within out budget but still providing amazing work. Victor, Eric, Matt, Guillermo, and Karel were all on top of the project, providing great communication and setting clear expectations throughout the process. When the time comes for interior painting, Florida Painters will be our first call. Highly recommended!

Florida Painters recently completed a repaint project on 10 buildings in the Majorca Palms Property Owners Association, a Habitat for Humanity Community. The service was exceptional!
