Just had my garage floor epoxied by Seaside Coatings. Richard and his crew including the Technician Eric did a marvelous job, first class. Very professional in a very neat fashion. There was a DIY epoxy surface on the garage floor previously that apparently never held up because it was done cheaply. Seaside Coatings did an expert job as it should’ve be done with a lifetime warranty. They also prepped my entire garage with the new layer of paint. The painters were top notch as well, very accommodating and did a professional job. This is a verified customer I have no prior relationship with Seaside coating but will in the future for any additional needs. They also provided a very reasonable and fair price. And delivered on what they specified in the contract. I would not hesitate to use them on any other contracting work.
I have been trying to sell a condo for about a year now without success. We didn't seem to be getting anywhere with multiple price reductions, so made the decision to do a bit of improving. After replacing the kitchen counters, we had Seaside paint all the cabinets a bright white. The place looks fabulous; they got it done quickly, and came back immediately for a few minor touch ups when asked. I am very pleased with the result. Our first showing resulted in very positive feedback, and I am optimistic for sale soon!
