We booked CertaPro for kitchen cabinet painting in early December 2025. Jennifer made the visit to accomplish the booking and was able to answer the questions we had at the time. We had to reschedule to January 2026, and they accommodated our request with no pushback at all. We spoke to Ashley before the actual painting was to start and she answered the questions that we come up with since talking to Jennifer. We requested that the spray painting of the cabinets be accomplished off-site, and she was able to assign a crew that could provide that service. The day that the painting was to begin Edwin, James and Elwin arrived to inspect the area to be painted. They came up with a plan and very quickly got to work. Jennifer visited during that morning to ensure all was good. Under Edwin's leadership, they accomplished the painting in three days. During those three days we were also visited daily by Paola ,the production supervisor, to ensure all was going well, and the crew was on schedule. The painting crew and Paola were a joy to deal with; professional, courteous, and very easy going. Our cabinets and cabinet doors have never looked better. We are very satisfied customers.
