I scheduled an onsite painting estimate with this company several days in advance through their online system. The appointment was confirmed both online and again over the phone one day before the visit. Since the property I needed painted is about 1.5 hours away from where I live, I made sure to double-check that someone would definitely come.On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and waited - 15 minutes passed, then 20 minutes - but no one showed up. I called customer service, and they seemed completely unaware of why the estimator hadn’t arrived. They said they’d look into it and call me back, but no one ever did. I waited another hour and a half with no updates before I had to leave.I ended up wasting nearly half a day because of how unprofessional and unresponsive this company was. If you value your time, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Wow 1Day Painting did a fantastic job painting and staining our wood deck and pool deck. You were very helpful in helping me choose the right colors for my outdoor space…(Bordeaux for the wood deck and Desert Sand for the pool deck). The contrast in the two colors really compliment our home. Chris is very professional, interpersonal, and knowledgeable. Punctual, great customer service, good communication and quality work. Prepped space, covered floors and all furniture, moved things from wall and filled all nail holes/dings to make for a pristine wall. Used multiple coats of paint and finished within the scheduled time. Brought a large team to finish on time! Highly recommend Wow paint. Brandon was the team lead and coordinated everything between his team and the customer.
I wish I could give a better review, but this did not feel like a professional job. I spent over 2 hours cleaning my house after they left. Paint splatters everywhere, on the wood floor, trim, blinds, moldings, kitchen counter tops... a workers cup of coffee spilled all over my bottome cabinets and floor, and I had to clean that up too. Insane amount of dust and spackle chunks everywhere. Paint in my bathroom sink and bathroom countertop and mirror. My kids found a nail in the playroom on the floor AND a dirty paint brush. Blue tape left on the kitchen ceiling corner we had to rip off, and smears of white spackle or something on the freshly painted gray wall above a window in the kitchen that I now have to fix with the extra gray paint they left behind. Disappointed that there was so much work left for me to do. I still can't get some dried paint off the wood floor and moldings in some rooms. If you want a professional job, this might not be the company for you.
Absolutely amazing service! They were able to meet a very tight deadline as I was getting furniture delivered in a couple of days. Their drywall repair was excellent. I’m very happy with the work and I highly recommend Wow 1 Day Painting!
