Gary was great to work with. He is very thorough with the prep work, even on an older house with peeling paint and lots of cracks on the exterior. I was impressed that he offered to trim the bushes that were in the way of painting by himself. He went out of his way to work through the long weekend to finish the job before the rain came. It was a 2 story house, and Gary does quality work, making sure to notify me of repairs that needed to be attended to. His new invoices were fair and reasonable for additional repairs that improved the quality of the finished product. He realized that the wrought iron needed to be painted on both porches, and did quality work on both. Overall, his estimates were considerably lower than any others in the area, including all of the extras that needed to be done. He listened to all of my requests, and followed through accordingly. He was also able to pick up the paint that I picked out from samples in a location closer to where I live. He had no issues with doing all of the work without me being on the property. Gary always responded to my emails early in the morning, before going to the job site. He is very professional and did great work. Gary is also very considerate of all people involved. I would definitely recommend him without any hesitancies.
Gary and his team were considerate, professional, and very meticulous with their work. We also need to replace the faux shutters outside our house , and he did a great job replicating the product. Gary did a flawless job patching up some large cutouts in my living room. I had large areas of drywall cut out to run in wall and ceiling wires for new home theater speakers. Gary patched them up and the walls look completely new! The repair work was so good I couldn't even remember where the holes in the wall used to be. Gary is honest, punctual, and friendly. I'm planning to request his services again to paint our house and paint some cabinets.
Gary is very easy to do business with. He is not a salesman, just a good and honest contractor whom we hired to paint the exterior of our house. His quote for the paint job was more reasonable than others. The repair work, to replace and fix dry rot was billed separately and a detailed update of which was emailed daily. He tried to find ways to reduce the cost to me without compromising the quality of the work. The bill for the carpentry also ended up being more reasonable than other quotes I received.He was willing to put in a little extra work to satisfy some small requests to make the house look even nicer. He and his team were very professional and respectful of our property and privacy. At the end of the project, they cleaned up the area completely.I am happy with his work and glad that we found a local contractor to work with.
