I had Juan and his team all the walls and ceilings in my house last week as well as some touch up and repairing all holes, dents and other imperfections in the dry wall. Juan's prices were very reasonable and he was very easy to interact with. I had a lot of questions and Juan made sure to answer all of them.I had 3 different Dunn Edwards paints that looked very similar when wet and was worried that the paint might be confusing. Juan and his team had the same concern and made sure to label everything very carefully.Before painting Juan and a couple members of his team went to my place and went through exactly which color should go where. There were a couple places in which i thought it should be one color, but Juan and Carlos actually thought it should be a different one and they were completely right.After painting, one of Juan's team members, Antonio came over to walk through the house with me and find out all the imperfections that needed some finishing touches and even noticed a couple things I didn't. After that, Antonio and Carlos spent a few hours making said finishing touches.There were a few minor things that all of us missed that I'm pretty sure Juan would've fixed had I asked. However, it was easy enough to fix ourselves and Juan's team had actually done some extra work for us that wasn't initially discussed for free.Very happy with the work Juan and his team did and would definitely go to them if I have more painting needs in the future.Photos are unfortunately a bit whited out because my camera sucks. The colors are a lot prettier and more vibrant in person.
Recently, Juan's team, Bonito painting, painted my garage. As you can see in the 'before' image, my garage was mostly unfinished drywall. Juan's team cleaned, textured, primed and painted the garage walls and ceiling. I was very clear that I wanted white for all of the walls, except for the back wall and protruding ledge. I have to say they did a great job painting the garage! The lines were very sharp and the finished work was high quality! There were some hiccups along the way, but Juan did his best and fixed any issues. I would definitely recommend him and his team!
Juan is super easy to work with! He and his team did an amazing job painting the entire interior of our home. This included walls, trim, window sills, baseboards, fireplace, and doors. They made sure to patch everything beforehand as well and went above and beyond to help us pull old wires/cables from the vaulted ceilings. Juan even went ahead to paint a few bedroom ceilings/closets and swap out the main door for a brand new one as courtesy! We will continue to work with Juan for all our painting needs and recommend him 100%! Will refer him to friends/family too!
I contacted Juan and explained how my commercial property may not fit his typical estimate. He agreed and quickly did an on-site inspection that allowed him to accurately estimate the work required. Despite having a team member unavailable he and his crew completed the project on-time doing great work. I would certainly use again for future painting projects.
