We are very grateful to work with Decolores on our garage project. We initially hired them to drywall one wall and paint the entire garage for a 2 day project. When Martin and his team showed up, he suggested installing an attic with pull down ladder rather than putting shelves on the walls for storage. We loved the idea and he was able to execute the entire project in 3 days. This included insulation, drywall, modding, texture, patching up holes, primer, and 2 coats of dark gray paint.Martin is very passionate about his work and it really shows through the detail and perfectionism in the final product. His prices are very fair and we are already in the process of working with him in drywalling the garage ceiling in preparation for recessed lighting.
Five stars isn’t enough for the amount of hard work Martin and his crew had to put into our project. Extensive repairs were needed and Martin kept us updated daily with status updates, recommendations, and (most importantly) solutions.Martin has taken on multiple projects for us over the years and one of my favorite things about him is his attention to detail which is what makes his work stand out from others by miles. He also has some great creative input if you’re unsure about which direction to go.Thank you for taking such great care of us as always and continuously finding ways to outdo yourself.
Martin was fantastic to work with. Needed to patch up some drywall after our plumber had to reroute some piping due to a leak. Forwarded Martin photos of the areas in question, and he replied with a very fair price. He and his team did an excellent job in matching the texture. After patching the drywall, they came back a few days later to paint over the patched areas, making it look as though nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Martin, and will not hesitate to hire him again.
I cannot thank Martin enough for helping us fix a pesky window leak we had been dealing with for a long time. The leak ended up being a MUCH bigger problem behind the wall of our 1950's house that required significant work both on the inside and outside of the house. We ended up needing to completely re-frame an exterior wall, patch holes in the side of the house, replace a window and reapply new wood paneling. Martin handled all of this, and went the extra mile to match the wood paneling that was previously on the wall and get it repainted the exact color we wanted. On the outside, it looks like nothing ever happened and even better than when we moved in. I honestly didn't think it was possible for the exterior to look as good as it does now and the color match was perfect!Every day Martin provided updates, progress pictures and updated time frames to me via text, I cannot even begin to explain how much I appreciated this. He always showed up when expected and left the workspace clean at the end of each day. The attention to detail on every part of the job was very impressive and Martin actually fixed some additional cosmetic issues in the room that were not part of the original job scope. When all the interior work was complete, he went the extra mile and brought in a cleaning crew to make sure the room was spotless.Again, Martin took a very stressful situation for us and owned it from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to hire him again for any painting, flooring, drywall or framing work we may need in the future. One of the best we've ever worked with!
