I hired Highland to fix a terrible painting job/experience I had with another painting company. They used the wrong color, ignored Romabio instructions-negating any warranty, got paint all over my brand new windows, had high pressure sales, and took months to attempt to fix their gross negligence: I finally gave up and realized I was going to have to pay a whole new company to start over. I did a ton of research and found Ever with Highland. I cannot brag on this company enough!!! They went above and beyond, have extensive experience with all the Romabio products, used 5 times the amount of product on my house, matched the tint perfectly to the color I picked from Benjamin Moore, prepped and protected my house-did not get a drop of paint anywhere, and had an amazing, hard working crew led by Irvin! I ended up having to postpone my project 9 months because I needed a new roof and had to work with insurance to get it done. Melanie was super patient and understanding and worked with me to make sure all the other work was finished before scheduling the team to come in. I cannot stress this enough, if you are considering using a Romabio product, Highland is the only paint company in the DFW area with the extensive knowledge and experience needed to come away with a flawless end result. The other company I used claimed to have all five star reviews and lots of experience with Romabio, but it was a lie. We plan on painting the inside of our house in the summer, not using a Romabio product, and I would still only consider using Highland. They were top notch on every front. Thank you guys so much for fixing the mess left behind and making my house look fantastic!

10/10 experience from the quote to the walk through. We had a great experience with Ever and Irvin. We were quoted the price on the spot, set up with the “color specialist” to help us choose (really nice touch- color decisions are hard!), put on the schedule promptly, and work was completed well within the time frame expectation. The price was fair, and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. Quality of work was far beyond my expectation and they clearly take pride in their work.
