Was recommended to this company as someone who does great work and that was 100% true! Call them up, the guys came the next day. Got right to work. What they said would take 2 days ended up taking one. Truly great work! Blew us away. Definitely going to keep them in my back pocket forever. FINAL Update:I am happy to update my review... We ended up emailing the owners to let them know directly what the issues were. We received a call from one of the owners Doug.Doug took the time to listen to our concerns and after speaking with the other owners, they agreed to come our and repaint the house.Maria and Rafael came in and did a stellar job, they are great ambassadors for Arizona painting company. They were efficient, friendly experts at their craft. Checo came out to ensure the job was going well. Had a great conversation with Checo, another asset to Arizona Painting Company.In the end, Arizona Painting Company stood by their work and did the right thing, we only wish it didn't take such drastic measures to get them there.Another Update:Upon further inspection we've noticed that in some of the rooms the painters did not even go to the top of the wall.We do have high ceilings but when you stop painting up three quarters of the wall and there are two different sheens it's very noticeable.UPDATE:After posting this review the owner messaged me wanting to make the situation right. The team did come out and clean off the overspray that looks much better.We needed to do some touch up for things that we had removed on the walls and didn't think there warranty would cover that. So we went to Sherwin-Williams and bought a gallon of the paint that Arizona painting company was contracted to buy for our job. When we went home it was a completely different paint type. The color was correct but the sheen was not.Sherwin-Williams was able to give us a copy of what Arizona painting company purchased for our job and it is not what was ordered. Basically in layman's terms the job was supposed to be eggshell but they used flat. (Specifically the cashmere low luster was paid for and Arizona painting company used cashmere flat.)In the grand scheme of things the price difference was $2 per gallon and the overall total for the paint job was a difference of maybe $60. But flat paint isn't what we asked for isn't what was paid for and is much harder to deal with and keep clean and looking nice then an eggshell.In general Arizona painting company doesn't seem to know who is doing what. I requested someone give us a bid on painting the baseboards, I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment. A couple days later I received a phone call to tell me the guy was on his way which was not scheduled and not possible. They never contacted us back about scheduling the bid which is fine now that we know they are not trustworthy.At this point the only way to make it right is to do just that make it right paint the house with the paint that was supposed to be painted on the walls.Initial Review:The team was friendly, the issues we had we're as follows:We were told the painting would be done on Tuesday, they didn't finish until mid Friday afternoon. This caused a problem for the flooring company we had hired.During the walkthrough at the end, we pointed out a lot of overspray in nearly every room they painted. And a piece of the floorboard that they had removed they were supposed to replace. We were told they would be back within a week to replace the floorboard and correct all of the over spring, we have never heard back from them since. The pictures below show all of the different over spray. In the one room where they painted the baseboards, they left paint on the tile floor. In some areas on the trim when they removed their masking tape it pulled off paint from the trim.In rooms where there were 12 foot ceilings they only painted 9ft highCan't say we would recommend them, as they have not addressed any of the issues they were supposed to correct.

Exceptional Work and ServiceLet's start by saying I'm not an easy customer, I changed colors on Kyle a couple of times, and added stuff onto their plates throughout the job. Not once did I get a complaint or did they try to talk me out of my crazy ideas. Just did what I wanted to be done.The paint team Orlando and Michael treated our project like it was their own- meticulous, efficient, and clearly a master at their trade. They clearly communicated with me every step of the way and treated my home with respect.It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high quality work and outstanding customer service, but this team nailed both.They were friendly and polite too! I would definitely hire them again.
