If I could give this a negative star I would. We had an appointment set up for a week. It was scheduled for Friday at noon on September 9 2022. At 12:30 I sent a message asking if he was on his way or if he was having a hard time finding my house. I got no response. Today is Saturday still no response. So to the owner; if you didn't want to take the job all you had to do was say so. I purposely didn't take any massage clients because you were supposed to be at my house. So thank you for causing me to lose out on money.
Sergio came out in response to my request for an estimate. Never sent the estimate. Guess he didn't like what he saw! Just wish he'd said so at the outset; would've saved me some time.
Highly recommend!!! Best Price and work is immaculate, I will never use another again!!! :) they replaced all the rotting boards on my siding and decks and remodeled my kitchen and bath. We are so happy with their work. THANK YOU!
Came out to provide an estimate. Sergio was nice. Stated he would write up an estimate and get back to me. Two weeks later and they won't answer or return calls. Still have no received an estimate. Not very customer oriented.
Scheduled an estimation and the guy never showed up. He called a day later claiming he had made the appointment for the wrong day and offered to come out the next day. Although I was hesitant, I agreed. I understand mistakes happen. After the "estimate", I was told I would receive an email including more information and a concrete estimate. That never happened. I can't speak for the other reviews here, but as for me, All Pros Painting has no interest whatsoever in my business.
