I contacted CertiPro of Northeast Wisconsin. Needed two small rooms painted. They sent Crew Ramon for this project. Ramon and his crew did a great job painting. (To thank them, I took them out for lunch when they finished and posted a positive review). Their supervisor Alan from CertiPro was very nice. I supplied the paint. Alan said that I probably didn't get quite enough paint and needed two more quarts. I told him that I would head to Sherwin Williams to pick these up. Because I have a very disabled son, he offered to pick up this paint for me and told me that he would pass along CertiPro's Sherwin William's discount to me so that I would actually save money by letting him pick up the two quarts of paint. (Only one quart was actually used). Everything was fine until I received the bill from CertiPro. The original quote was for 750.00 for two small rooms. (This is the lowest amount that CertiPro charges to send a crew out during this time of year. Their minimum amount rises during other parts of the year). The accountant in the office did not charge me what CertiPro paid Sherwin Williams. Instead, she charged $99.65 for two quarts of paint. When I emailed her about this, she replied that she added extra for "handling charges" even after I explained that her CertiPro supervisor said that I was going to be getting this paint at their cost. She also added extra to the bill for "environmental charges" instead of including these as part of their $750 minimum allowed quote- so the minimum charge is actually closer to $775. When I objected, she left a voicemail saying that this is what they do and unless I paid the remaining $22 left on my account promptly, she was "going to take this to the next step". Obviously, she has problems and does not receive nearly enough supervision. Charging $99.65 for two quarts of Sherwin Williams paint amounts to theft, in my opinion. (I checked with Sherwin Williams and was told that, since I didn't have a painter's discount, I would have been charged $80.05 for the two quarts of paint). While the quality of the CertiPro workmanship was very good, the person who prepares their bills believes that she can do whatever she wants and if you disagree with her she will threaten you with escalation to "the next step". Until she receives the supervision she obviously needs, I will not be using CertiPro again.

Very happy and satisfied with the painting work done in our home. From when we received the estimate from Miles to completion. Everyone we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Although we haven't seen the completed project because we are driving from CA to WI we have been sent videos and our daughter walked us through the home and from what we saw it looks beautiful. We received several estimates and were the most comfortable with Certapro even though the cost was a bit more. We would highly recommend them and if the need arises we will use them again.

CertaPro NE Wisconsin did a great job. The Service Advisor, Miles, came to our home to look at our needs and provided a detailed estimate At our home he looked at each area pointing out what they can do and the best paint for walls and trim. Web the paint crew came in he was there to take the crew around the house pointing all the details of the job. The crew was here for 4 days removing wallpaper, patching some wall and adding orange peel texture to one room. They did a great job and we are very happy with the way the house looks. We are now waiting for spring for them to do our garage floor. I would recommend CertaPro in NE WI.
