Best painting company around! The team is honest and works hard! It is hard to get on their schedule, but if you are patient you will be happy with the service!
I had an amazing experience with Oak Ridge Painting Co. Matthew was really helpful and I'm happy with the final results! I would highly recommend Oak Ridge Painting Co.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Oak Ridge Painting Co. for an interior house painting project in Greensboro, and I can't express how impressed I am with their professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The journey began with the Sales Manager, Dane Fillers, who was a true asset to the process. He took the time to understand my vision for my home and provided me with a detailed estimate that was transparent and fair. Dane's thorough knowledge of the products and techniques was evident, and he made sure that all my questions were answered. His friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction set the tone for the entire project.Once the project started, I had the privilege of working with Project Manager Will Reid. Will's attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills turned the painting process into a well-coordinated operation. He kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that the work was progressing on schedule. I appreciated how he addressed any concerns promptly and professionally, creating a stress-free atmosphere in my home. The owner of Oak Ridge Painting Co., Matthew Rossman, was also heavily involved in the process. It’s evident that he cares deeply about his team and their commitment to quality. Matthew's hands-on approach and willingness to go above and beyond really shone through during the project. He consistently checked in to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that the team had all the necessary resources to complete the job effectively. As for the painting work itself, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team worked diligently to provide a smooth finish that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail, from preparation to the final touch-ups, was remarkable. The colors I chose look stunning, and it has truly transformed my living space into a fresh, vibrant environment.Overall, my experience with Oak Ridge Painting Co. was outstanding. If you're considering a painting project in Greensboro, I highly recommend reaching out to Dane, Will, and Matthew. They embody professionalism and passion for their craft, making them a top choice for anyone looking to enhance their home! Thank you, Oak Ridge Painting Co. for a job well done!
I would like to share our experience with this horrible company. It started with the owner sending subcontractors out to do the job with no supervision and no background check. What hit hard was later finding out that they had already destroyed other people's homes and he still sent them to work on our home. After the 2nd day of them tearing our house to shreds (around $7000 worth of damages including custom blinds broken, TV , mirrors, paint everywhere, etc ) the owner would not fire them so we had to actually tell them personally they weren't going to work on our house anymore. We had to call law enforcement to get them to leave as we were being cussed and threatened by these workers. It made us feel warm and fuzzy when the owner had to change his phone number because he was scared of the subcontractors coming after him and told us him and his wife were in fear. Then he sent another team a week later (we had to live in rubble in the mean time), come to find out that they were random subcontractors also and not only that but he said he would personally stay here the entire time they worked yet he only stayed for a half an hour and then left. The workers ended up telling us that he did not pay them for all the work we needed done. Considering they were more polite than the first crew things still got broken and they didn't do what we paid Oak Ridge for. After that he offered to have another crew come in to finish the job, and we told him no more crews. He volunteered to personally come fix it himself, and completely forgot to show up when he said he would, and when he finally did, after we had discussed what painting needed to be finished, he only brought a drill to put up a mirror when we had told him already we fixed that the day before. We had to hire other people to finish the job. After we addressed that he did not keep his word he became very passive aggressive and sent a crew unattended anyway. I don't wish this experience on anyone and it has made us stressed , sick and overall violated. They claim to be insured, and he only gave us a $500 check for the damages and told us to file insurance claims on the rest which we have yet to hear back from. It was an $8000 job and we had that much in damages, a bedroom that was supposed to be painted was never finished, it's disgusting, dishonest, it's been one giant mess. This guy gave us an incredible sales pitch but didn't deliver on it at all and his claim of 25 years of experience didn't show in his work. You shouldn't feel violated from a business, and we certainly did with Oak Ridge Painting Co. One word: run.
Terrible company I had them remove popcorn ceiling and they did a mess didn’t clean nothing up popcorn all over furniture and floors a lot bad places on ceiling all around corners of wall not finished over spray everywhere was to be 4 1/2 days with two people they worked 12 days with 4 people two days 3 people two days and 2 the rest and still didn’t finish the and left me having to clean the whole house also damaged my floor broke dresser mirror dresser knob cracked my dryer panel still cleaning my hardwood floors. I haven’t even heard from the owner MatthewI took 275 pictures and they didn’t skim coat seems and you can see all the bad places also I keep complaining about cleaning up and showed them the contact and they still refuse to clean. It was finished and accept kitchen look at pictures you removed all the plastic and your contract says wipe down sweep and mop you didn’t even clean up nothing and when I said something you still didn’t do nothing and I said not to send the same guy out because he’s the one who made the mess also your manager Dane came out and took pictures and said he never seen nothing like this because y’all did several ceilings and as a owner you never came out or called all the rooms was finished this is what I went back and pointed out also never went back and got paint over spray off walls that’s why one of he helpers told him not to spray to roll it and you never addressed my damage they did.Dane said he can’t communicate with me anymore have to go through your lawyer so send me the lawyers name address and phone number so I can contact them
