Exclusive painting and remodeling

Luis redid my front doors which were in need of realignment, seals and paint. Luis was cautious and aware of weather conditions before, during and after this project. He and his crew were extremely thorough and took lots of care to protect surroundings. The doors look amazing! We also did paining and tile work in our kitchen which updated the 80’s vibe immediately. Luis made sure to cover up prior mistakes from previous poor paint jobs and the results are beautiful. Lastly, he resealed our Saltillo tile in our outdoor patio. He was great at communicating which seals would be best for the location and costs involved. I would highly recommend Luis for any home project. Along with being great at communicating and thorough, I feel he’s prices were well worth the outcome. There were no surprises and he did exactly everything he said he would do. Thank you!

Luis did a terrific job for us. He repaired water leak damage in living room, replaced ceiling in the upstairs balcony, painted including hurricane shutters. Most impressive was the restoration he did on the atrium door and front door to house. He was extremely neat, cleaning up every day before leaving. I would definitely recommend him to others.

As a Realtor I’m very particular about contractor work and quality. Luis & his crew far exceeded expectations. He not only has great painting crew, he does carpentry, plumbing, ?? granite, tile & more! Reasonable price, reliable, even did some work on weekends! I highly recommend Exclusive painting and remodeling.

Exclusive painting and remodeling is a superb business. Luis came to my rescue. I needed my cabinets painted in a few days! Not only did Luis and his crew work right away to meet my deadline, but his work is impeccable. He is very professional and reliable. Luis is very meticulous and if he sees other things to improve your project he will enhance your space to look better than before. Luis is not afraid of a big job! He made my old outdated cabinets look new! I highly recommend this company!

Mr. De La Portilla replaced the rotten wood boards from the fascia and soffit of our house, did all the pre-painting prep work, and painted it all at the end. In addition, he also replaced our attic vents with custom wood vents that included an extra layer of a wire barrier to prevent rodents from getting in. We have received great compliments from both family and friends on the work he did. I totally recommend Mr. De La Portilla if you're looking for someone who will do good quality work!
