Reviews
What customers say
Customers appreciate responsive communication and the quality of the finished work. One homeowner says the owner left no mess after removing a popcorn ceiling and returned two days after being contacted to fix a stain that had reappeared after painting; the customer did not blame him for the stain.

Highly recommend, Owner took down popcorn ceiling, no mess afterwards, had a lead in ceiling and the stain came back after he painted. No fault to him and we called him and he came back two days later to fix it. High integrity great company.

Perez Painting is the best. No one will beat his pricing and they are so fast and accurate. I only call Hectar when I need any painting done.

Did a wonderful job painting our stairwell, went above and beyond to fix caulking on the staircase and a water pipe we had that was leaking. Fair pricing and great work, finished in half a day! Very pleased and will hire again/would recommend.
