Vences House Painters

Our kitchen and dining area had this weird mix of old paint, grease spots, and little dings from years of life. we finally decided to repaint and it ended up being one of the best “small big upgrades” we’ve done. these house painters didn’t just roll paint over everything, they cleaned the surfaces, patched dents, sanded rough areas, and primed where it was needed. they helped us choose a warmer color that still feels clean, and they paid attention to the lighting so it didn’t look gray in the morning and beige at night. the cut lines around cabinets and windows came out crisp, and they didn’t get paint splatters on the counters or floors. the finish looks smooth and even, and it actually made our cabinets look better too. the funniest part is now the walls look so clean that the rest of the kitchen looks messy by comparison. [i didn’t ask to be judged by my own walls, but here we are.]

I manage a rental property and needed a full repaint after a move-out, along with a lot of touch-ups and trim refresh. vences house painters completed the job december 8, 2025, and the unit was ready for photos immediately after. we’re in houston, and timing matters a lot because every extra day vacant costs money. they patched nail holes, repaired scuffed corners, repainted walls evenly, and refreshed baseboards and doors so the unit looked clean instead of “used.” communication was clear, the schedule was reliable, and they didn’t leave paint smell lingering longer than expected. the final result looked sharp, neutral, and move-in ready, which is exactly what i needed.

Vences repainted a small bathroom for me and i was really pleased with how neat the work was. bathrooms are tricky because of tight spaces and fixtures, but they protected everything carefully and didn’t leave splatters on the vanity or mirror. the paint looks smooth and bright, and the room feels cleaner and more updated. they were polite, patient, and didn’t rush through it.

Vences House Painters handled a cabinet repaint project finished november 3, 2025, and the prep work was the biggest reason it turned out well. we’re in houston and i’ve seen cabinets fail fast when painters skip sanding and proper primer. these house painters removed hardware, prepped correctly, sprayed evenly, and the finish looks smooth and durable, not thick or gummy.

We used Vences House Painters for both interior and exterior work. The crew was friendly, professional, and punctual every day. They taped off edges carefully and even patched small nail holes before painting. Everything looks brand new again. We’ll definitely call them for future work.
