I spoke to Mike Salmeri about painting all eaves and fascia andall decorative wood and vertical and horizontal wood panels inthe front of the house . The need for the job arose after a termiteinspection and repair took place. Mike gave me a proposal andwe got the job scheduled ASAP. The painting crew was veryprofessional and conscientious doing extra touch ups aftereach inspection. I just love the way it turned out and will tryto schedule CertaPro in another year when it is time to do thestucco on 3 sides. These people are very dedicated to doinga good job. A professional sales pitch and professional looking contract for an average job that did not fulfill the contract even after post completion "corrections". If you use this company be sure to be home always as YOU are the supervisor and will need to watch that all steps of the contract you paid for are completed and appropriate clean up is performed. Ask to see all materials before start, including primer if you paid for it.

Very nice job on a severly neglected house. Repairs to wood were done to the best of their ability. Repainted a door frame we miscalculated how it would look the first time it was painted. Left our property clean. There was overspray on our solar panels and they came back and cleaned them. Very nice job.
New Edit:CertaPro reached out to me as my 2- year warranty is about to expire. This was a pleasant surprise because I have never encountered any company which would do that . Noah from the warranty department came and evaluate the situation. My chimney is very high and is in an awkward position (hard to reach). This morning, Pablo and Edwin came over and did an excellent job repainting the entire Chimney Cap.I'm revising the review because this shows CertaPro is very responsible and care about their customers. I would highly recommend this company.Previous ReviewI used this company because they are local and have very good reviews. We have a vegetable garden and a small fruit tree close to the house. I asked the crew to cover the area before painting. They did cover a portion but not completely. As a result, I have to give up my whole year worth of kumquat harvest as they were covered with paint spots. Other than that, we had very decent experience during the process. The painting turned out to be very beautiful. Recently (one year later) I accidentally discovered the chimney cap was not completely painted (Chimney painting was included in the contract). The picture below was taken by a roofer who will re-roof the house. As you can see, I was not able to see the missing paint from the ground but it is visible from up there. I would have given CertaPro 4 star rating if it weren't for this
